Introduction

This is a fully remote position with a preference for local candidates. The role involves providing functional support for SAP VIM and related operations. The position may extend beyond the initial 6-month term based on performance and business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong SAP VIM experience is mandatory.
• 10 years of SAP VIM experience required.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP FICO.
• Knowledge of SAP MM.
• Experience in application managed services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP VIM-related incidents and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution activities.
• Monitor and support SAP VIM operations, including document processing and workflow execution.
• Analyze business requirements and implement approved SAP VIM enhancements.
• Support SAP VIM-related project activities, including system changes and testing.
