Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to fabricate custom metal components.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in welding and fabrication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of custom fabrication work.
• Proficient in various welding techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
