Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Analyst to join our remote team. In this entry-level role, you will support the management of customer accounts by reviewing account information, maintaining accurate records, resolving account-related inquiries, and assisting with routine account analysis. As one of the first points of contact for customer account support, you will help ensure data accuracy, timely issue resolution, and an exceptional customer experience while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Review, update, and maintain customer account information with a high level of accuracy.
- Analyze customer account records to identify discrepancies and assist with timely resolutions.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation of account activity.
- Ensure customer accounts comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet or exceed established service levels for response times and account processing.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, systems, and account management procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, account support, or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM systems or customer account management software is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
