Customer Account Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 - Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day customer, sales representative, and channel order activity.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, warehouses, and factories to ensure order fulfillment.
• Monitor orders and support on-time delivery performance.
• Escalate issues that may impact customer commitments or business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with retailers, buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of customer service or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft GP is a plus.
• Footwear industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
