Position Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The customer account manager serves as a representative and primary contact between the company and assigned customers or accounts. The position works with all departments within PAA to ensure all customer requirements are met. This position will initiate corrective actions as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Account managers participate in a level-based career progression structure to qualify for increased levels of responsibility and compensation based on required knowledge, skills and abilities.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.Bachelors degree preferred. Experience:Two years of progressive experience in customer service or direct marketing
preferred. Computer Skills:Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel. Other Requirements:Willing to travel if required (some trade shows and special customer meetings).
Ability to read, understand, and manage contracts.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
