Customer Account Representative – Banking Services

We are currently looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a dependable work ethic to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with current banking customers regarding recently missed payments (2–90 days past due). This is not third-party debt collection or old debt recovery.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assisting customers with payment reminders
• Reviewing account information professionally and accurately
• Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards

Training Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
