Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support customer accounts and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. This role involves assisting with account questions, coordinating service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• Respond to account-related questions and service requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
• Monitor account activity and document relevant updates
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account concerns
• Assist with customer onboarding and account maintenance
• Prepare basic account updates and reports
• Maintain organized account documentation
• Provide professional and timely customer support
• Perform additional account-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach
• Previous customer service, administrative, or account experience is helpful but not required
