Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers with account-related questions and requests.
• Provide accurate information about services, account details, and applicable procedures.

• Identify customer needs and coordinate with the appropriate team members to address them.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up to help ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate changes or relevant information to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Recognize opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.
