Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. The Customer Account Representative will manage customer accounts, provide ongoing support, and serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Update and maintain accurate customer account records
- Prepare account reports and maintain documentation
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding requests
- Support account retention by providing responsive and professional service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
