Customer Account Representative

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Customer Account Representative to support several of our key customer accounts. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, helping ensure orders, quotes, updates, and account activity are handled accurately and on time.

Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 | Direct Hire | Full-Time

Location: Merrimack Valley Area (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• Manage customer requests, quotes, order updates, and account activity
• Monitor and maintain customer portals
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Track open items and follow through to completion
• Enter and update account information within ERP and internal systems
• Communicate order status, changes, and updates to customers and internal teams
• Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service, account coordination, account management, order processing, or a related role
• Comfortable learning and navigating customer portals and software systems
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements

• This is a fully onsite position
