Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Inglewood, CA. The Customer Account Representative will manage customer accounts, provide ongoing support, and serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Update and maintain accurate customer account records
• Prepare account reports and maintain documentation
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding requests
• Support account retention by providing responsive and professional service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
