Customer Account Representative

About the Position

Pacific Horizons Group is seeking a professional and motivated Customer Account Representative to join our Los Angeles team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, building strong relationships, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and accounts.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and account information.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Provide professional and courteous service during every interaction.
• Follow established company procedures and service standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Support additional customer and account-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
