Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and inquiries. * Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Communicate precise customer requirements to production teams. * Attach and organize supporting documents such as drawings, certifications, or specifications. * Support purchasing with necessary order and account documentation. * Provide assistance to coworkers and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years of client coordination, customer service, or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical environment. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, and safety or maintenance instructions. * Strong math skills and familiarity with measuring tools or technical equipment. * Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed and perform regular physical tasks.
Preferences * Experience using NetSuite or other CRM/ERP systems. * Background in manufacturing environment working with raw materials. * Familiarity with order processing or quality‑related documentation.
