Debbie’s Staffing is now recruiting a Customer and Member Services Coordinator for our client located in Franklin, MA   
 
Reports To: Senior Manager, Pricing, Promotions & Member Services 
Location: Franklin, MA
 Status: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay: $24 - $26, depending on experience
 
Position Overview
The Member Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the success and integrity of the company. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service to the members by providing timely communication, maintaining accurate member data, supporting group initiatives, and contributing to the overall member experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, small-office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing prompt and professional support via phone and email.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the group.
  • Maintain and update documents, announcements, and resources on the company member website.
  • Support internal teams by helping update and maintain the product database, ensuring accurate model status and categorization.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date member information across internal systems.
  • Assist members with back-order cancellations and related requests.
  • Execute and maintain promotion data entry reports to support analysis of group promotions and processes.
  • Prepare for, support, and participate in all member shows, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance on cross-functional tasks as needed.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties to support daily operations.
 
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or member service experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with members, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support others and learn cross-functional responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in a small-office environment with flexibility to take on tasks outside core responsibilities.
