We are currently seeking a Customer and Operations Representative at our Glenwood location. This role is ideal for someone who is able to perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks with an emphasis on customer service. It is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional customer service that Tom Kraemer Inc. is known for. This position serves as the face of our Glenwood office by welcoming customers, answering questions, processing transactions, and ensuring every customer interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient.

This role works closely with dispatch, accounting, operations, and other departments to provide seamless communication and outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every customer.

What You'll Do

• Greet all customers with a friendly, professional and helpful attitude
• Manages a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and account information
• Set up customer accounts, create work orders, and edit accounts within our software system
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Assists with daily operations and order processing
• Assists with general office work including paperwork, filing, scanning and maintaining organized office records
• Help maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment. Perform some light outdoor duties as needed to keep the facility clean, safe and welcoming

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent, related college degree preferred
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and utilizing computer software and Point of Sale systems
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
