- Training: In Person - Training Hours: 8:30-5pm EST Monday-Friday, 30-minute lunch

- Flexible schedule required post-training, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to the company's customers who have or are looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through their employer.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
- Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, policy provisions, continuing coverage, status of requests, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure workspace.
- Comfortable using video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attendance and ability to use reference materials.
- Good class participation, interpersonal skills, and grasp of material.
- Effective decision making, confidence, ownership of learning, and adaptability.
- Proficient technical skills.
