Training: In Person - Training Hours: 8:30-5pm EST Monday-Friday, 30-minute lunch

Flexible schedule required post-training, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to the company's customers who have or are looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through their employer.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Discuss topics such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, policy provisions, continuing coverage, status of requests, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure workspace.
Comfortable using video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
Preferred Skills:
Strong attendance and ability to use reference materials.
Good class participation, interpersonal skills, and grasp of material.
Effective decision making, confidence, ownership of learning, and adaptability.
Proficient technical skills.
