Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift:8 AM - 5 PM | Monday-Friday

What it Takes:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaint resolution to ensure positive service outcomes
  • Update, maintain, and verify accurate customer account information and records in internal systems
  • Perform data entry tasks with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process paperwork, file documents, and maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Support general administrative and office functions, including special projects as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and support workflow
  • Utilize strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and strong customer service standards
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily goals
  • Maintain strong computer skills and efficient data entry practices
  • Demonstrate typing speed of 45-55 WPM with high accuracy (preferred)
  • Utilize 10-key data entry skills (preferred)
  • Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or office support experience required
