Qualifications:

  • An initiative-taking attitude with superhero critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with using multiple computer programs and screens during customer interactions.
  • Passion for skincare and familiarity with Image Skincare's products is a plus

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Zendesk
  • Must have strong selling to customer need's ability
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in skincare, spa or medical brands.
  • Ideally, a Licensed Esthetician (not a requirement)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Career oriented with a positive energetic attitude
  • Be comfortable using multiple computer programs including online database and internet-based systems
  • Complete cases within 24 hours of assignment
  • Follow up on open cases and pending e-mails until completion
  • Assist on orders and order processing
  • Knowledge of SAP, Shopify, and/or CRM software
  • Knowledge of phone systems software
