ARE YOU WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
• Excellent in-person, email, and phone communication skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ WPM
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to attend 1 monthly Saturday meeting at our local corporate headquarters

While not required, here are some bonus things we're looking for:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A college degree
• Dispatching experience or experience with fieldwork software

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CUSTOMER CARE AGENT

Your standard schedule goes from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

You are the master of solving problems and helping customers! Every day, you speak with clients about our services and assist them however possible. From scheduling appointments and answering questions to addressing complaints and generating proposals, you're crucial to our day-to-day operations. You efficiently dispatch field technicians and provide clients with engineering or technical insights when requested. You are the driving force behind our resounding success!
