We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Associate to provide exceptional support and build positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will assist customers via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels, resolving inquiries efficiently while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Educate customers about products, services, and company policies.
  • Meet performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer care, call center, or support roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar), and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain professionalism in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
