Position Summary
The Customer Care Associate I provides day-to-day customer and sales support for Vericel products and serves as an important point of contact for customers, field sales representatives, and internal partners.
This entry-level position is responsible for accurately processing customer requests and orders, coordinating product delivery, maintaining required documentation, and providing responsive customer service in accordance with Vericel policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Working closely with experienced Customer Care team members, the Associate I will develop knowledge of Vericel products, customers, systems, and processes while building the skills necessary to independently manage increasingly complex customer and order-related activities.
Schedule: This position is onsite Monday - Friday in our Burlington, MA location, with work hours falling between 8:30 AM-6:00 PM. Once trained, this position will include a rotating on-call schedule, approximately one week per month, providing overnight coverage remotely if needed.

The salary range Vericel reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting is $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills. Bonus, incentive pay, equity and benefits may be provided in addition to the base compensation listed above.
