Job Summary:

Camillo Companies is actively seeking a Customer Care Representative. They must be able to facilitate the completion of all warranty requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will report directly to the Customer Care Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in resolving customer issues after the closing of a home. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, comfortable being in the neighborhood all day, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting office and field personal alike.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for warranty calls in numerous communities

• Management of warranty claims

• Evaluate homeowner claims

• Effectively schedule repairs with subcontractors and homeowners for completion

• Conduct follow-up visits with the homeowner to ensure that all necessary work has been completed and conforms with company standards

• Hold subcontractors accountable for any substandard work and quality repairs

• Actively participate in weekly team meetings to assure weekly/monthly goals are met

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.

• Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in residential construction preferred

• OSHA 10/30 Construction qualification preferred

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling or stretching

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time

• Ability to travel within city and surrounding areas is required

• Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing
