We’re hiring a Customer Care Rep with a sales component to own the full customer journey—from the first conversation to ongoing support. This is a role for someone who’s confident on the phone, great with follow-up, and thrives when customers are counting on you.

What you will do

• Talk with customers every day and provide friendly, expert support
• Help customers find the right solutions (quotes, options, recommendations)
• Keep deals moving with proactive follow-up and great communication
• Support existing customers with changes, questions, and service needs
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (so everything is tracked and commission is correct)
• Be part of a team that values responsiveness, integrity, and doing things the right way

Who we're looking for

• Strong communication skills (phone + email)
• A customer-first mindset and a calm, confident approach
• High attention to detail and consistency with documentation
• Prior experience in customer care, sales, or a service role is a big plus
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
