Customer Care Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member (Ian Minnigerode’s Agency)
Are you the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly, loves helping people, and knows how to stay organized in a busy office? If yes—you’ll fit right in! We’re looking for an Customer Care Manager who brings great customer service, professionalism, and positive energy to our team.
What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
- Run the day-to-day office operations to keep workflows smooth and efficient
- Manage calendars & scheduling (appointments, meetings, conferences)
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional tone
- Greet visitors and direct them to the right place
- Support, train, and coach the team to work smarter and succeed
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Experience with scheduling tools, phone systems, and office technology (or quick learning ability)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
- A customer-first mindset and professional attitude
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and helpful in a fast-paced environment
