Customer Care Representative

As a Blue Sky Appliance Service appliance technician, you’ll work on Sub-zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. These brands are high-end appliances and are an investment for the customers that we service. As a technician you will build high-caliber, specialized skills and memorable experiences that bring substance to luxury. If you have at least 1 year of experience in appliance repair and are passionate, you can get paid to learn and grow into a prestigious career you can be proud of. If you have a 3+ years experience in appliance repair, even better. Continue growing your knowledge and also enhancing other technicians education and skill. Blue Sky team members work together to encourage a learning and positive work environment.  

You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too. Customer service is very important. You will need to be personable and empathetic for the customer while managing your time on the job. 

Appliance technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
