Customer Care Representative

Position Summary

Super Fast Electric is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from start to finish. This position offers competitive pay of $18-$24/hour.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Schedule and book electrical service appointments accurately and efficiently

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience

  • Gather customer information and document service requests in the company system

  • Communicate appointment details clearly with customers and technicians

  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up calls professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions

  • Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling

  • Assist with permitting processes and documentation as needed

  • Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Previous customer service or call center experience

  • Experience in home services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries is a plus

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
