We are seeking a Customer Care Representative for our Ambulatory Care Division in Allentown. This position will ensure that all communications with customers, proactive, reactive, new, or existing will be efficient and to the standards set by HCSC Ambulatory Care. The salary for this position starts at $52,500 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offers the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinates with Customer Service Communications Manager and Call Center to ensure the AC CRM is updated, and customers are responded to with resolution within 24 hours pending customer response.
  • Scheduling proactive visitations with reactive follow up to customer concerns weekly. Visitations to be documented.
  • Customer visits should include surveys of quality, quantity, and delivery efficiencies. Identifying opportunities to control inventory and set a plan of action with the customer and the Service Team.

What you will bring to the role:

  • HS diploma or GED is required. Bachelor''s degree is preferred.
  • 1 years'' experience working in a customer service representative capacity is required.
  • 1 years'' experience in sales, marketing, service industry, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
  • A valid driver''s license is required.
  • Excellent communication skills including business reporting & verbal communication
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Warehouse management systems (WMS) and Zendesk are required.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems and make decisions, seeking appropriate guidance as necessary
  • A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position will be based out of the Allentown Ambulatory Care facility and reports to the Customer Care Communications Manager. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
