Requirements - Customer Care Representative / Business Development

You will be regularly coached and worked-with to improve performance over time. This is a full-time position starting at $16/hr.

  • Customer Service Experience (2 Years Preferred)
  • Must be available for evening shift (required)
  • Day Shift Availability (preferred)

We work in 8-hour shifts here. You will need to have availability during weekends and holidays. We do have supplemental bonus pay based upon performance.

  • Answer phone calls
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services and policies
  • Record customer information within out customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Responsibilities - Customer Care Representative / Business Development

We are looking for highly energetic process driven individuals that are coach-able and ready to join our team. You must also be 21 years of age or older to attain this position.

Some of the duties performed include but are not limited to:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • E-Commerce follow up
  • Setting appointments

We will provide compensation during training for this full-time position.

  • Previous experience in digital communications with clients via email, phone or website/Facebook chat
  • Associates Degree
  • Previous experience with a CRM tool
