Responsibilities:
Represent us by taking calls, scheduling sales, & service appointments Provide vital tactical support to other departments of the company Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention. Provide each customer with a remarkable experience
Requirements:
Customer service experience in a call center environment preferred Exceptional telephone, communication, & interpersonal skills Strong voice & a good listener Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows & systems Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
