Your job is more than answering the phone. You'll listen to what the customer needs, ask the right questions, gather accurate information, book the right appointment, and help the customer understand what happens next.You'll work closely with Dispatch, Service Managers, and technicians to make sure customers have a smooth experience from their first call through their service appointment.If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAnswer inbound customer calls and help customers with their service needsListen carefully and ask questions to understand the customer's situationGather and accurately enter customer and service information into our CRMBook service appointments based on the customer's needsClearly explain our service process and what customers can expectCommunicate appointment and service updates with customersWork closely with Dispatch, Service Managers, and technicians to keep things movingHelp resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and careMake outbound calls and follow up with customers when neededMaintain accurate notes and documentationWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with peopleA strong listener who knows how to ask good questionsOrganized and able to stay focused while handling several things at onceComfortable using computers and learning new technologyDetail-oriented and reliableAble to stay calm and helpful when a customer is frustratedA problem solver who takes ownership and follows throughA team player who communicates well with othersPrevious customer service, call center, scheduling, hospitality, retail, healthcare, administrative, or similar experience is helpful, but we're more interested in your ability to communicate, learn, and take care of customers than having a specific job title on your resume.Experience with ServiceTitan or another CRM is a plus, but not required.Why Reynolds?Reynolds has been serving Eugene and Lane County for more than 65 years.
