Customer Care Representative

We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join a team in Foothill Ranch CA. This is covering for a leave and is a short term contract role that could end in Janurary 2027. They are looking for someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.

Customer support & troubleshooting experience

Process invoices and customer orders

Communicate with customers regarding payments and invoices

Track and document customer issues accurately

Administrative support as needed

We're looking for someone with:

️ 2+ years of customer service experience

️ Strong technical/computer skills

️ Excellent communication skills

️ Exceptional attention to detail

️ A positive, team-oriented attitude
