What Your Day Looks Like: You’ll start your morning reviewing open orders, checking for any issues or delays, and jumping in to find solutions. You’ll communicate directly with customers, keeping them informed and reassured, while entering orders, confirming pricing, and making sure every detail is right. You’ll navigate multiple ERP systems, collaborate with buyers, and coordinate with teams across locations—all while keeping your inbox and priorities organized.
