Monday - Thursday | 9:45 AM - 8:15 PM EST

Tuesday - Friday | 9:45 AM - 8:15 PM EST

You'll Rock This Job If You:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must have ethernet cord (No Wi-Fi)
• Proficiency in web browsers and Photoshop is a plus
• Have a distraction free work environment

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve order issues, customer concerns, and product-related questions
• Follow up with customers regarding order details, submitted photos, and personalized requests
• Place, track, and manage orders through the company's order management system
• Recommend improvements to customer experience, website usability, and merchandising based on customer feedback
• Assist with process improvement initiatives within the Customer Success team
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure customer satisfaction
