Description

EPS is currently looking for a talented individual to join us as a Customer Care Representative. This person will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and experienced team, working toward the goal of providing excellent service to each of our customers.

Duties Include but not limited to:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email including customer complaints.
  • Utilizing retention tools to retain our customers.
  • Understanding the customer journey to be able to assist at any point in the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed KPI goals and objectives, including email processing and call handling goals.
  • Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
  • Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) or more years' experience in customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion to help others.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work to meet required deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with CRM software.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer escalations.
