Customer Care Representative

Location: Honolulu, HI Remote after onsite orientation
Duration: Contract
Orientation: November 6, 2026 Onsite in Honolulu
Training: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Hawaii Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking Customer Care Representatives to assist members with pharmacy benefits, prescription coverage, medication benefits, and mail-order services. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving member questions, navigating multiple computer applications, and providing empathetic, professional customer service.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or military experience.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• 6+ months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be local to Hawaii and able to attend onsite orientation.
• Reliable hardwired internet with 25/3 Mbps minimum.
• Quiet, secure home workspace and ability to work on camera when required.
• HIPAA compliance required.

Work Arrangement: Onsite orientation followed by 100% remote work for training and the assignment.
