We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our company's services. As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our company's services, policies, and procedures

- Assist clients with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and making payments

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records

- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations

- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
