Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every client who interacts with our agency. You’ll be the go-to resource for questions, support, and guidance - helping customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of every step of the way.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through ongoing communication and follow-up
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, providing timely and helpful support
  • Explain policy coverages, billing details, and claims processes in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Assist with policy updates, renewals, and general account maintenance
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset
  • Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products or coverage options
  • Keep accurate records and stay organized within agency systems
