Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and addressing the needs and concerns of our clients in a professional and timely manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and addressing their needs and concerns

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist clients

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services

- Identify and escalate any recurring client issues to the appropriate department for resolution

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
