Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will play a vital role in maintaining and building positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person

- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding properties, services, and processes

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, property showings, and other related tasks

- Maintain and update client records and databases

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and company policies and procedures

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
