Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Remote

Schedule: Mon to Fri 7AM to 3:30PM

Job Description:
  • This will be an outbound call center position.
  • Will be calling and emailing clients to give them updates on their orders.
  • Will work from a set list of orders that are priority and work to contact and update the client as to the status of their order.
  • Utilize internal systems to track and notate their work and who they have updated.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have customer service experience, call center experience preferred.
  • Must be able to multi task and problem solve.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook are preferred.
