We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services, properties, and company policies in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with their real estate needs, including scheduling property viewings, completing rental applications, and coordinating property maintenance requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to provide seamless customer service
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
