Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide information about our services and assist customers with their real estate needs

- Schedule appointments and showings for clients

- Maintain client database and update information as needed

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
