Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive support on policy, billing, and coverage questions, and follow up to keep customers satisfied
  • Field questions on policies and billing, and make coverage changes with accuracy
  • Sort out customer issues with patience and a professional touch
  • Uncover unmet coverage needs during account reviews
  • Make follow-up a habit so customers stay with the agency
  • Update and maintain customer records with care

Pay range: $50,000-$65,000 per year
