Responsibilities
- Provide attentive support on policy, billing, and coverage questions, and follow up to keep customers satisfied
- Answer policy and billing questions and process coverage updates correctly
- Support customers in both Spanish and English with clarity and care
- Work through service concerns calmly and professionally
- Spot gaps in protection while reviewing customer accounts
- Keep in regular touch with customers to build lasting loyalty
- Keep customer files complete and up to date in the agency system
Qualifications
- Insurance experience not required
- Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
- A great listener who solves problems with empathy
- Detail-minded, organized, and dependable on follow-through
- Ready to earn your Property and Casualty license
- A professional, upbeat, customer-first approach

Pay range: $50,000-$75,000 per year
