Our client located in Walpole, NH is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their growing team!
Your qualifications for the Customer Care Representative position are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service background and order processing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite; NetSuite or similar order entry system experience a plus
- Attention to detail and strong technical and analytical skills
Benefits you will receive as the Customer Care Representative:
- $20+/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
For the Customer Care Representative position your duties will include:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Accurately process orders, generate leads, promote products with enthusiasm, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
- Other tasks as assigned
