We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative —someone who loves helping people and making complicated things simple. You’ll be the friendly face (well, voice!) clients rely on whenever they have questions, need guidance, or want to feel confident about their coverage.
Keeping in touch with clients after they get their policy
Explaining benefits, answering questions, and helping with claims
Making sure clients understand exactly what they have (no confusing jargon)
Teaming up with leaders to make onboarding smooth and stress-free
Being the go-to person when clients need support
You’re a natural communicator and enjoy helping people
You’re comfortable with tech and working from home
You stay organized and on top of details
You don’t need experience in insurance—customer service skills go a long way
You’re legally able to work in the U.S. or Canada
