About the RoleWe are looking for a full-time temporary3 months Customer Care Specialistwho is bi-lingual to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team. Youll report to the Plant Manager for our Quincy WA location focusing on these key responsibilitiesAssist in inventory management of products with month-end count ordering shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers.Organize deliveries.Smoothly answer and operate phone system communicating with customers in a professional manner.Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner.Perform data entry of delivery tickets work orders and other account information as needed.Perform various clerical functions including copying printing filing sendingreceivingdistributing documents.Accept and process payments.Other duties as assigned.Skills and ExperienceFluent in Spanish and EnglishWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft products and the ability to learn new programs.Recent telephonereceptionist and or customer service experience.Ability to multi-task.Ability to stay calm under pressure.Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule once fully trained.Ability to sit for long periods.Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.Work in moderate noise levels.Work with minimum supervision.Benefit2 Weeks Paid Time Offyear5 Days of Sick LeaveyearMedicalDentalVision InsuranceEmployer paid Basic Life AD&D and Long-term Disability Insurance4 401K Retirement Account Match6 HolidaysyearAdditional informationColeman Oil Company participates in E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
