Customer Care Specialist - Bilingual

We're currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our HQ team.The Customer Care Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, process customer comments, feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced, high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team. The Specialist will maintain a positive attitude while fielding inbound calls, handling any issues related to customer service and support overall account maintenance.What you will do:

Answer and respond to customer phone calls, emails, and field requests professionally and timelyResearch and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriateFulfill requests for information and maintain account changesProcess customer comments and feedbackPerform data entry and database maintenance functions
