What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, and account needs.
• Connect customers with the right resources and team members.
• Deliver a positive, professional experience on every call.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Call center experience is a plus but not required.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Some College is preferred
• Previous Call Center experience preferred
• Willingness to strive for exceptional efficiency and accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to interact and contribute in a team environment
